Terms of Service

01 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using any Vorthix service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. We reserve the right to update these terms, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any revisions.
02 Description of Services
Vorthix provides autonomous security research services that analyze source code, compiled binaries, and live systems to identify and prove security vulnerabilities. All findings are provided for defensive security purposes only. Our service delivers sanitizer-confirmed findings, minimized reproducers, and coordinated disclosure support. We make no guarantee that all vulnerabilities in a given target will be discovered.
03 Use of Services
Services may only be used for systems you own or have explicit written authorization to test. You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have the legal right to submit any target for analysis. You agree not to use Vorthix to conduct unauthorized testing, to facilitate illegal activity, or to develop offensive capabilities against third parties. Violation of this clause results in immediate termination of access.
04 Intellectual Property
All research methodologies, tooling, models, and proprietary systems remain the exclusive property of Vorthix. Findings, reproducers, and disclosure packages produced for your engagement are licensed to you for your internal security and remediation purposes. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the Vorthix platform or its underlying technology.
05 Confidentiality
Vorthix maintains strict confidentiality of all target information and findings. No data persists after engagement completion, and analysis is conducted within isolated sandboxes. We will not disclose your findings publicly without coordinated agreement, except where required by responsible disclosure obligations and applicable law. Both parties agree to protect the confidential information of the other.
06 Limitation of Liability
Vorthix services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vorthix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or business. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
07 Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vorthix is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the competent courts of that jurisdiction. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
08 Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated through our website or directly to active engagement contacts. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
